 Ebb and flow rolling bench is a form of hydroponics that is known for its simplicity, reliability of operation and low initial investment cost.  It uses flooding and drainage processes to transfer the growth medium to the plants, which is easier for plant roots to absorb, and makes full use of the nutrient solution to make the plant grow vigorously.
