FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) exterior wall panels are a high-performance composite cladding material made by embedding continuous glass fiber reinforcement into a thermoset polyester resin matrix, then sealing the surface with a UV-stabilized gel coat. The result is a panel that combines the strength of steel with the corrosion resistance of plastic — and weighs far less than either.
